Chef Aaron Kiefer has also created and sold his unique menu costing and tracking program to numerous Country Clubs, Hotels, Healthcare and independent foodservice establishments. Considered “ahead of his time” by the national press, his unique philosophy is a creative blend of old school approach with progressive and dynamic idealism.
